§.1 General Provisions


1. The Personal Data Co-controllers are:

2. Personal data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable provisions of European Union law (GDPR) and their storage takes place on secured servers.

3. In order to protect data and the right to privacy on the website, it is used, among others secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). The introduced access control minimizes the effects of possible data security breaches. Providing data on the website is completely voluntary. All data provided during the transfer of materials are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. The exception is the informed consent of the supporter to include an author name on the list of supporters of the project.

4. By accepting the privacy policy, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.


§.2 The scope and purpose of the data being processed


1. The purpose of data processing is to keep a register of submitted materials and consents for the use of these materials as part of the project. We are not sharing files uploaded by supporters or selling those files to any other business or organisation.


2. Except of cookies, the data is not collected automatically. We only collect data when the site visitor will take action to identify himself, fills in the support form and send the material.


3. The following data will be stored as part of the registration process: email address, date and time of sending the materials, consent to the regulations and privacy policy. Additionally if you use a facebook log in functionality we will collect also: facebook profile name, first name, last name, profile picture.

4. We are not using emails at any marketing or advertising purposes.

5. If you choose facebook login option, we will receive from Facebook information about your profile name photo and mail. You can opt out for sharing the email information.  We are not taking any other activities connected with your Facebook account.

§.3 The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

1. Data processing is an irreversible process. If you would like to withdraw consent when the processing has already begun, the cancelation will be recognised in every next step of processing.

§.4 Final provisions

1. Every data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
2. Contact with the personal data controller is possible electronically at the following e-mail address: contact@periskop.cloud.
3. We reserve the right to process supporting data after withdrawal of consent only if it is necessary to invoke the right to use materials in the circumstances of judicial investigations or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
4. We reserve the right to share personal data of the supporter and other its data with entities authorized under the applicable law (eg law enforcement authorities).
5. The entity competent to file complaints is UODO:

email address, date and time of sending the material, consent to the use of materials, consent to the privacy policy, name nad surname, facebook profile name, and consent to the use of email, materials.
